Our items are made to order as soon as they’re out of production they will be shipped. Please give yourself extra time during holidays as USPS is usually delayed.
We DO NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges since all items are made to order. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days. We will make sure to resolve it!
I ordered the 45 dollar calendar. I never received it and wrote them about it. Their answer was well the mailman said it was delivered. lol I have complained to the post office at least 4 times this year because I don’t receive my mail even though it says it was delivered. Be careful ordering from them. I will never order from them again.

On our end it says the order was delivered. As per the tracking number you can see that as well. In the past when this has happened the package always turns up in a few days. This is typical, especially during holiday season. We have no additional emails from you so I'm not sure how we could resolve the issue without you reaching back out to us, we could have at least offered a replacement. If this has happened to you 4 times this year with your mail saying it's delivered and it's not, that is an issue you with the post office, not us.
