HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our items are made to order. Which means once you order we make it specifically for you! Production time typically takes about 2-4 days in production. Shipping typically takes 3-7 days.

T-shirts/ Hoodies Production Time: 2-4 days

Crops/Ringers/Baby Tees Production Time:

5-7 Days

Slippers/Sleepwear

Woven Blankets:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPAREL

Wash garments inside out, on cold water settings and no heat! This will ensure your garment will stay perfect!

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to our products being made to order. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days. We will make sure to resolve it!

Unfortunately once the order is submitted we are unable to edit or cancel an order. Please make sure sizing and address information is all correct before placing an order.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER

Nothing to fear! Your item is most likely on it's way. Sometimes we manually have to input tracking numbers. Please email info@deecharmed.com

MY PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I DIDN'T GET IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered before they actually arrive, or they may be left in an unexpected spot. If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it:

  1. Check around your property (porches, side doors, garage, mailbox) and with neighbors.
  2. Confirm with anyone in your household who may have brought it inside.
  3. Contact your local carrier branch with your tracking number — they can often provide GPS delivery details.

If the carrier confirms a delivery error, let us know right away with the case number so we can assist.

Note: Once a package is marked delivered to the address you provided at checkout, it’s considered in your possession. We can’t replace or refund packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation unless the carrier confirms misdelivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

By placing an order with Deecharmed you agree to the following terms:

  • All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this address.
  • Once the carrier records an order as “Delivered” to the address provided, ownership of the goods transfers to the customer. Deecharmed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after this point.
  • In the event of a missing package marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and file a missing package or theft report.
  • If the carrier confirms misdelivery or a delivery error, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • Filing false claims of non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery will be treated as fraudulent activity and may be reported to the relevant authorities, including the United States Postal Inspection Service.

We recommend shipping to secure locations, adding signature confirmation for high-value orders, and considering shipping protection when available.
