Hi Virginie,
Your item is still in transit, as it's an international order and can take up to 30 days. You were provided with tracking to follow along with the progress. In the future if you had a question regarding the whereabouts of your order you can always send an email. Leaving a 1 star review on an item you haven't received yet from a small business can really affect a small business so I would appreciate it in the future if you just sent an email.
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who's a huge GG fan and she's going to love it!
