All items are made to order and will be shipped as soon as production is complete. Please allow extra time during holidays, as USPS delays are common and outside of our control.
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. The only exception is in the case of a quality issue on our end.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist and make it right.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I honestly was a little disappointed with my box. I do understand it’s a mystery box so everything will be picked at random but maybe there should be a little quiz so seller knows a little more about the person and their interests. I did find that the material of the items weren’t good quality either.
Hi Stefanny, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your mystery box. With mystery boxes it's hard to make everyone happy, but I do try. I'll definitely consider the quiz idea for future boxes. As far as your concern with the quality of the items, the tshirts are comfort color and the rest of the items are all high quality items.
